Services

As CEO of Hakuna Matata home inspection, LLC. I know you want a thorough home inspection with timely results.  I strive to provide you with the information you need in a way that is easily understood.  I encourage all of my clients to take part in the inspection process.  You'll walk away from the inspection with a better understanding of the overall condition of the home and some defects are more easily explained if seen in person.

Most home inspections take two to three hours.  Your full inspection

report typically takes another 2 to 3 hours.  The report contains detailed information about all aspects of the property, not only the problems.  Pictures are also included within the report.

Discription

A general home inspection is a non-invasive,

visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.

The general home inspection is based on the observations made on the date of the inspection, and not a prediction of future conditions.

The general home inspection will not reveal every issue that exists or ever could exist, but only those material defects observed on the date of the inspection.

The Scope of a general home inspection includes:

Roofing, Exterior, Structure, Electrical, Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Interior, Insulation.

Interiors: Kitchen, Living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, Ceilings, walls, floors, doors and windows.

Exteriors:  Lots, Ground, Walls, Doors, Windows, Driveway, Walkway, Porch, Deck, Balcony, Patio.

A home is the biggest purchase you will ever make, so it is important to understand the condition of your investment. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your home, I will give you my very best.  I take great pride in providing my clients with a very thorough home inspection that adheres to the Wisconsin State Standards of Practice.
